With the recent announcement of a total lockdown that will be implemented this coming Tuesday, shopping for daily essentials is going to become a lot more challenging. With tight movement restrictions, we might not be able to shop at our favourite grocers as easily as before.

Thankfully, one Malaysian netizen has been doing her part to share about and educate other Malaysians on how they can #ShopFromHome effectively and keep themselves and their families safe. Here’s a post we found that is quite helpful!

In a recent Twitter post–which has since received 2.2k likes and 1.4k retweets–Bella khann shares how she has been getting everything she needs for her daily needs from websites like Lazada.

In her Twitter thread, she continues to list more shops that offer every category of groceries and essentials you can find on the platform, including seafood, poultry, frozen meats, fruits and even household items!

Fully Fishery 3

If you’re interested, Bella listed these six e-grocers that she usually shops for groceries from:

1. Cameron Farmers – Wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables.

2. Fully Fishery – Here you can get an assortment of seafood from fish to prawns.

3. Panjang Kee Chicken – Free-range poultry products and eggs

4. GST Fresh Mart – All sorts of frozen meat products from beef to fish

5. Chop Tong Guan – Assortment of fresh fruits

6. Lazada Grocery Store – Household items & products

Check them out if you’re looking to get some groceries too!

Apparently, other Malaysians have tried buying from these e-grocers on Lazada as well and only have positive reviews for the fast 24 to 48-hour deliveries and the freshness of the produce!

Not only will you be much safer but by shopping online here, you will also #sapotlokal seeing as there are now more and more local grocers coming online to sell their wares.

This way, we won’t have to worry about risking our health or worry about loved ones risking theirs to go out shopping for essentials or groceries. So let’s work together to flatten the curve and #ShopFromHome, guys!
