The internal cringe when you hear your car getting scratched is one that is hard to forget.

Many car owners are always scared of getting scratches on their beloved car. Recently, a Malaysian by the name of Aidil shared how he removed some scratches by just using something that he bought at Mr.DIY for RM13.20!

In a Twitter thread that has since gone viral, Aidil shares how to use it.

In the thread, Aidil explained that he used a microfibre cloth to wipe the scratches away. It took up a lot of energy and about half an hour for the scratches to go off. The pay off was great though, as it looks as good as new.

Aidil also said that this might not work for deep scratches or scratches that caused the car’s paint job to come off. However, it is great for taking off surface-level scratches like the ones pictured.
