Have you ever bought a birthday cake online before? If you haven’t… well, take this as a warning.

Although it happened quite a while ago, Facebook user Windez Tay took to Facebook on 10 July 2020 to share an unforgettable experience he had when buying a cake online in Singapore for the very first time.

“Dear The Pine Garden, thank you for a very memorable birthday experience for my brother. I ordered a cake a few days earlier with the message ‘Will be collected by Albert’,” he writes in his post.

He explained that being a first-time online cake buyer, she assumed the ‘message’ section on the website was a message for the shop. But turns out, it was actually the message they would put on the cake instead!

Needless to say, they had a birthday celebration that was unlike any other. Imagine their faces when they opened up the birthday box- priceless!

“We haven’t laughed this hard in ages. What a celebration.”
