Organizing a gender reveal party is a rising trend now but has also been in bad light after an incident that happened in the USA led to a huge wildfire which is still currently ravaging parts of the country. However, a couple in Dubai has taken gender reveal parties to the next level by using the world’s tallest skyscraper as part of the whole reveal.

Dubai YouTuber couple, Anas and Asala Marwah, told Arab News that they have been working on the event for over a month and a half. Asala said,

“We wanted to do something unique and memorable so that we can all look at it in the future and remember what we built as a family.”

So they had the Burj Khalifa flashing a variety of pink and blue at the beginning of the 10-second countdown. As soon as it reached zero, pink and blue streaks of light wiggled up to the peak of the tower and immediately turned blue with the words, “It’s a boy.”  At the time of writing this article, the full video of the lavish event has garnered about 17 million views on YouTube.

Would you follow the gender reveal trend? Well, if you want to, please plan it to fit your budget. At the end of the day, people would still celebrate the good news even if you announce it in a simple Facebook or Instagram post!
