The wife of Pastor Datuk Daniel Ho from Damansara Utama Methodist Church and two members of a Bible study group have tested positive for Covid-19. The church is now working closely with the Ministry of Health to trace those who might have been in close contact with the three members.

Pastor Daniel explained, as quoted by Malay Mail,

“Mine came out negative whereas hers is positive. There are two others in DUMC who tested positive too. Many of you have expressed your kind thoughts, love, concern and prayers for us during this time from around the country and across the world.”

Damansara Utama Methodist Church is one of the largest church groups in the country which is located in Section 13, Petaling Jaya. The church has about 5,000 worshippers weekly with over 300 study groups.

In times like this, we would again ask all Malaysians to stay at home. If you detect any symptoms and you have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive with Covid 19, please immediately get yourself tested. Be safe everyone.
