Their Barachirashi Don (RM25) is a delectable mix of salmon paired well with octopus, cucumber, negitoro, ebikko and other fresh fishery catches of the day, all plonked down on a bowl of steaming Japanese rice. (Pssst they also do an awesome Garlic Cream with Smoked Salmon for RM25!)

Their menu is heaped with fuss-free sea food dishes to bring out the best. Check out their Ocean Salmon Trout at RM25, beautifully minimal garnished with pepper with a side of lemons, butter and bread to pair with. Quality truly does trump quantity here at Shucked.
