This is just cruel!
A father brutally raped his disabled daughter then helped his friend to rape her on a different occasion. The 28-year-old victim confided to her neighbour about her situation and both of them proceeded to lodge a police report on 27th June 2019.
According to NST, the two separate incidents took place in Kampung Baru Pauh, Arau, Perlis around mid-May 2019. After the victim made a complaint against her father and his friend, the malicious men were arrested on 28th June 2019 and remanded for seven days. FYI, the victim’s father is 61 years old while the friend is 53 years old.
Perlis police chief Datuk Noor Mushar Mohd was quoted as saying,
“Based on the victim’s statement, her father raped her at their house in Kampung Baru Pauh at 8.30pm in May. Then in the same month, the father’s friend brought her to an orchard before raping her there.”

He continued,
“The victim did not know who she could tell on the matter, as she has learning disabilities, and she can’t speak properly. Furthermore, her mother and younger sister also have disabilities, making it more difficult for the victim to come forward.”
Datuk Noor further added that POL 59 police form was issued for the victim in Tuanku Fauziah Hospital, Kangar to request for a specific treatment. An initial medical examination revealed that there was an old tear in the poor girl’s hymen. Oh dear!
As of now, the case will be investigated under Section 376 of the Penal Code. On that note, we hope the father and his friend will be punished accordingly for their cruel act against the poor daughter.
