An 18-year-old foreign student from China tragically died after falling from an apartment building in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, earlier this morning (12 November).
The incident happened around 6:40 AM, when the victim, said to be a student at a private college nearby, was found lying on the fifth floor of the building around 7 AM.

No suspicious external injuries were found on the victim’s body
Speaking to China Press, a local resident said that both residents and students were roused by the loud noise and cries for help, and rushed to the scene to check what had happened.
The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) arrived shortly after, cordoning off the area while the victim’s body was covered with a white cloth.
According to Nilai District Police Chief, Superintendent Abdul Malik Hasim, an initial examination found no suspicious external injuries on the victim’s body, apart from bleeding from the ears and some rashes on the skin, as reported by Sinar Harian.

He added that none of the victim’s personal belongings were missing from his home.
“The floor at the scene was found wet, believed to be because the victim urinated during the incident. His body has been sent to Rembau Hospital for a post-mortem to find out the exact cause of death,” he said.
Abdul Malik added that the case has been classified as a sudden death, with no signs of foul play detected so far.
