As they want to keep their fitness centre niche, the folks at MOB have decided to offer only three types of classes that will promise to get you toned and fit. If you ladies want to workout without feeling self-conscious, then here is the place to do so! This exclusive all-women’s gym is catered to ladies from all walks of life who just want to have a better and healthier body. The gym has various innovative programmes such as Hot Mama for new mothers and Bride-to-be for women to look gorgeous on their big day. Looking for a gym that will accommodate fitness enthusiasts at all sorts of different times? Then you need to head over to The Body Factory, which is open 24 hours a day. Workout all day, errday! This gym has three floors that come equipped with some pretty decent training equipment and there are classes you can attend as well. Best of all, they have a pay-per-entry policy, which means you don’t have to be tied down to any annual contracts if you don’t want to.
