UMNO Youth Chief, Dr Akmal Saleh, is going to the police station today (September 29).

In his Facebook post last night (September 28), Akmal said he would be called to the Jasin Police Station in Malacca today for interrogation on the Halal certification matter, in which he responded to Seputeh MP Teresa Kok by calling her an Old Nyonya.

Despite being asked by Zahid Hamidi to tone down the “feud,” Dr Akmal made it clear that he would not apologise for anything or give up on the matter.

“You want me to apologise? In your dreams. You started this, but now you’re playing victim. See you in court!” Akmal said, in response to the Letter of Demand that Teresa sent him, where he was asked to pay RM25 million of damages.

In his Facebook post, Dr Akmal reminded Teresa to stay out of the kitchen if she couldn’t stand the heat.

“If you’re afraid of getting hit by the waves, don’t stay near the beach. If you’re afraid of challenges, don’t ever call the warrior.”

The UMNO Youth Chief also said he was taught to protect the religion, race, and country, even if it means sacrificing his life. Akmal also said that UMNO Youth’s legal team is ready to fight alongside him.

Stay tuned as we keep you updated on the matter.
