If you’ve been seeing a lot of Doraemon related posts recently, that’s because the Ministry of Women and Family Development posted some really weird advice for women working at home during the movement control order to create a peaceful environment in their homes.
One of them is to impersonate Doraemon’s voice to talk to their husbands and give a flirty giggle. No joke.
“When you see your spouse doing something that contradicts what you want, avoid chattering. Use humourous words like ‘This is how you hang the clothes, sweetheart’ (impersonate Doraemon’s voice followed by a flirty giggle),” they said.
Even though they have taken down their post and have posted an ‘apology’ regarding the matter, Malaysian netizens are not letting it go just yet. In fact, many have started making parody videos about it and they are absolutely hilarious.
Here are some of them:

And of course, one from our very own comedian, Harith Iskandar. You can watch it by clicking here!
While we are all appalled at such advice from the Women and Family Development Ministry, we have to admit that these parody videos gives us something to laugh about while we are at home, following the movement control order.
Did you have a good laugh? I know I did.
