From now until 31 March 2026, Caltex’s Big Bang promo is letting Malaysians enjoy RM20 worth of fuel just by fueling up on the CaltexGO app, with TNG eWallet as a new payment method!
Here’s how it works:
1. More (Big) Bang for your Ringgit with Caltex + TNG eWallet
Just when Malaysian drivers thought they were already saving money with the BUDI95 subsidy, Caltex turns up the savings by letting new CaltexGO users enjoy RM20 worth of fuel (with a minimum spend of RM40) just by paying with CaltexGO’s new TNG eWallet payment option.Â
Here’s the full rundown of goodies you can enjoy, only applicable if you use CaltexGO to pump and pay via TNG eWallet:

2. Here’s how!
Want to jump on board the money-saving train? Make sure you’re a registered CaltexGO member and a registered TNG eWallet member with eKYC verified (for BUDI95 subsidy) first before following these steps:
Step 1: In the “Home” page, select your Caltex location under “Pump & Pay”.
Step 2: In the “Pay for Fuel” page, click on “Select Payment Method” and select “TNG” before tapping the “Confirm” button. Don’t forget to choose the correct pump number before you click “Continue”!
Step 3: In the “Select Fuel” page, select “Premium 95” and set your pre-set amount before you “Start Filling”.
Step 4: In the “Payment Authentication” page, you’ll be redirected to the TNG eWallet app. Simply follow the steps on-screen to authorise your payment, which may require further authentication like Face ID or TNG eWallet app 6-digit pin. The amount shown is the pre-authorisation amount based on the non-subsidised price, so don’t be alarmed!
Step 5: Once you’ve authenticated your payment, you’ll be brought to the “Payment Result” page to finalise your payment; click on “Back To Merchant” and you’ll be redirected back to the CaltexGO app.
Step 6: Back in the CaltexGO app, once payment is finalised, watch out for the pop-up indicating “Pump [your pump number] is now ready” (pictured below) â you’re ready to fuel up!
Step 7: Once you’re done refuelling, in the “Preview Payment” page, you’ll be shown the breakdown of your payment with BUDI95 subsidy included. After you select “Pay [amount]”, your TNG eWallet will be refunded the BUDI95 subsidy amount.
Step 8: Aaaand you’re done! Feel free to check the transaction history of your CaltexGO app and TNG eWallet to see the amount you paid and the subsidy refund.
Not only do CaltexGO users get to enjoy more discounts when refuelling, but they also have better peace of mind and security by paying with TNG eWallet. What’s not to love?
