The honesty of two police officers, Sergeant Che Azhar Che Soh and Corporal Mohd Zuki Hamat, has been widely praised after they returned a wallet and backpack belonging to a Chinese tourist.
According to a Facebook post by the PDRM, while patrolling around the Prime Minister’s Office in Putrajaya, the officers from the Precinct 7 Police Station, Putrajaya District Police Headquarters, stumbled upon a backpack that had been left behind by the tourist.

Without hesitation, they took steps to ensure the bag was returned to its rightful owner.
“The bag was successfully returned to its owner. Well done to the officers for their honesty in carrying out their duty.”
The police department expressed hope that the integrity and commendable conduct displayed by Sergeant Che Azhar Che Soh and Corporal Mohd Zuki Hamat would serve as an example to all members of the force as their actions not only reflect their dedication to their duty but also help build trust and positive relations between the police and the community.

These officers’ actions remind us of the importance of doing the right thing, no matter how small the act may seem. Kudos to them!
