A wedding video that received 550k views and 16k dislikes on YouTube can’t be that bad, right? Well, wait till you actually see it.
A newlywed couple, Farah and Hadi (whose names were mentioned 22 times in the video), were recently disappointed when they watched their 12-minute-long wedding video as it contained a whole load of unnecessary graphics and animations, blurred out footages, and even special appearances by Micky and Minnie Mouse. We’re not joking.
The first thing you’ll also notice is the special ‘snow’ effect at the beginning with a rather sad soundtrack orchestrating the video. Despite the shaky cinematography, poor song choices, and ‘unique’ editing, the videographer actually insisted that his videos are unlike any other as he claims that it is rare to find editors who are capable of doing animation, especially when it comes to wedding videos. What do you think of his argument?
The bride took to Facebook to express how surprised she was when the video went viral after she complained about her experience through her Instagram stories. She stated that the video was included in the wedding package. A day before her wedding, she was informed that someone else had to take the place of the initial videographer, hence why she did not have the time to check out his previous work.
Viewers who saw the atrocious video had a couple of interesting (and funny) things to say about it, with some even offering to help re-edit the video so that the couple can have a more meaningful memory of their big day.
Bonus: keep an eye out for the random flying object (Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it a shooting star?) at minute 7:15!
