The caption reads:

“The Taiwanese tourist (in white) dropped an oxygen tank on the other guy. The guy wanted an apology, but the tourist offered to pay for the injury instead. That was when the argument started.”

The incident has since been reported to local authorities.

According to the authorities, “While en route, the scuba tank belonging to the victim fell onto the foot of a 38-year-old Dive Master.”

The Dive Master sought treatment at Tawau Hospital before returning to the site to claim damages.

Members of the public with information are urged to assist in the investigation by contacting Deputy Investigation Officer Sergeant NurFazlina Abdullah at 019-8011009 or IPD Semporna at 089-782020.
