A customer’s biggest nightmare is receiving damaged packages after paying for their goods on online platforms.

Sometimes the damage could be due to accidents but others times, it’s due to this.

The 我们是马来西亚人 We are Malaysians Facebook page recently shared a video showcasing a group, presumably workers, carelessly throwing packages out from a Shopee Xpress van.

In the video, 3 men could be seen throwing packages out of the Shopee Xpress van, which landed at the feet of another man standing outside of a shop-lot.

Based on the Beh Chia Lor – Singapore Road Facebook page, the incident allegedly took place at the Shopee Xpress East Hub, Haig Road, Singapore.

Many have shared their disappointment

The video has since gone viral and captured the attention of netizens who condemned the employees for treating the packages that way.

“No wonder my items are arriving with some coming out of the box.”

“This is a problem that will never end and never be rectified ever,” stated another netizen.

We genuinely hope that online shopping platforms and courier services will put in the effort to ensure their employees treat the items of customers with more care and consideration.
