The driver of Range Rover Velar who went viral for dangerous driving has tested positive for three types of drugs.
Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department Chief, Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa, said the 32-year-old man appeared at the Kuala Lumpur Traffic Police Station at 10:30 AM today (23 November) before being taken to the Dang Wangi District Police Headquarters (IPD) for further action.

“The evidential breath analyser (EBA) test showed a reading of 0mg/100ml, but the urine screening test revealed the driver was positive for ketamine, amphetamine, and methamphetamine,” he said in a statement.
“The suspect is now detained at IPD Dang Wangi for further investigation.”
Investigations still ongoing
Regarding the two passengers in the SUV, he said investigations are still ongoing.
Earlier, it was reported that the police were investigating a viral video showing an SUV being driven dangerously on the Sungai Besi Highway heading toward Taman Naga Emas.

The one-minute video showed a Range Rover Velar moving with its right rear tire blown out.
Police found the incident occurred around 8 AM. The case is being investigated under Section 42(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless and dangerous driving.
