Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook has retained the Negeri Sembilan State Legislative Assembly (DUN) seat for N01 Chennah for the 3rd straight term since 2013.
Loke, who is also the Member of Parliament (MP) for Negeri Sembilan won comfortably, beating Perikatan Nasional’s Rosmadi bin Arif.
Unofficial results for the seat have been announced since 7.39pm, whereby the Pakatan Harapan (PH) – Barisan Nasional (BN) pact claimed that they have won N01 Chennah by a majority of 2200 votes.
The official result for the Chennah as announced by the Election Commission (SPR) showed that Loke garnered a total of 5,888 votes.
