Heads up, Taylorians! It looks like big changes might be coming your way very soon!
Their Subang Jaya and Sri Hartamas campuses have been around for quite some time, but it looks like that’s about to change after Taylor’s College’s recent announcement.
According to The Star, the well-known institution will reportedly be moving their pre-university courses to their Lakeside Campus starting next year! Wah!
So, why the big move?
Well, one of the reasons is to provide a better learning environment for students and in efforts to help newcomers acclimatise to a university environment.
“Through the experience of being in an integrated campus, and having the opportunity to interact with their counterparts who are pursuing their university degrees, students will be able to thrive in the future when they move on to university,” Josephine Tan, Taylor’s College’s campus director, told the daily.
Although the move is still subject to approval from the Ministry of Higher Education, netizens are expecting an influx of students next year. More lengzais and lengluis to check out eh? 😉
The announcement did leave some people mourning over the iconic Taylor’s Subang Jaya campus. I mean, with both Asia Cafe and the old Subang Campus gone, we’re feeling pretty sad ourselves! SS15’s going to be so different if this really happens! :'(
So, what do you think about this move? Idk about you but the more students only mean more cuties to check out 😛 #UniLife!
