But drop everything people! A cafe in Penang found a new way to enjoy century egg… by adding it to their cheesecake!
Yup, you read that correctly, the Black Moon cheesecake is now being served at Moody Cow Cafe in Penang. You won’t be getting oreo layers in your bite but instead, a strong taste of the century egg.
The creamy cheesecake comes with a chocolate base, topped off with anchovies and peanuts. If you are wondering how it tastes like, a food blogger who tried it said that it was super rich and not at all bad tasting, although it is an acquired taste.
