This boba trend is pro-boba-ly getting out of hand!

We thought it’ll end at boba tea hotpot but my oh my, this one took the cake.

A restaurant in Cheras, KL known as Crab Generation Restaurant caught netizens’ attention after coming up with a wacky invention: The boba tea crab.

The boba tea crab was first featured in Facebook page, I Love Malaysian Food and it instantly garnered plenty of attention from Malaysian netizens. For obvious reasons.

This restaurant which is actually famed for their crab dishes went the extra mile by riding on the boba trend, and honestly? We’re not sure what to think about it.

The crab is drenched with butter milk sauce and paired with black sugar pearls. Apparently, after biting into the flesh of the crab, the texture of the chewy pearls make a good combination. We’ve not tried it for ourselves so we can’t really comment on it!

Who knows, bubble tea fans may really enjoy it!
