M’sian Police Academy Graduate Salutes His Mother at Graduation Ceremony in Emotional Tribute

Graduation ceremonies can mean different things to different people. For some, it marks the end of an era, to others, the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. But we can never forget the people who stood by our side when we take this big step in our journeys.

A recent TikTok video has been making waves online after Malaysian user @aweksibongsu captured a touching moment of her brother after his graduation ceremony, where he completed his training at the Malaysian Police Training Centre (PULAPOL) in Langkawi, Kedah.

In the video, the user, whose name is Eve, recorded a moment where her brother marched to approach his mother, who was sitting down, and gave her an official salute. All smiles, the two embrace before breaking down in tears. Wiping their faces, the two take in the moment as a monumental accomplishment for Eve’s brother.

Without a dry eye left in the comments section, many people expressed how heart-warming they felt the moment was.

“Is it automatic for me to watch the video and just burst into tears?” said one user in a light-hearted manner.

Nevertheless, a plethora of commenters also wished Eve’s brother all the best moving forward with his duty as a police officer.
