A 29-year-old Malaysian nurse died after her motorcycle crashed into the back of a lorry before being thrown onto the middle of the road and run over by two other vehicles on the Kajang Traffic Dispersal Ring Highway (SILK).
The lorry had stopped at the emergency lane due to technical problems

The victim, Nurul Ilham Nordin, who worked at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Hospital (HSAAS) in Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), was confirmed dead at the scene.
In a statement, Sepang District Deputy Police Chief, Superintendent G Shan Gopal the victim was involved in an accident while travelling from Cheras to work on her motorcycle. As a result of the collision, the victim was thrown to the right side of the road and was run over by a Perodua Bezza car and then hit again by the driver of the Perodua Alza.


“We have recorded statements from three drivers involved in the incident to assist in the investigation.”
“Investigations are still ongoing and the case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.”

The dashcam footage that captured the scene also went viral on social media.

Police also urged the road users to be careful while driving.
