M’sian Badminton Pair Ong Yew Sin-Teo Ee Yi Enters The Finals of Badminton Asia Championships 2023!

Malaysian badminton pair Ong Yew Sin and Teo Ee Yi beat Japan’s Takuro Hoki-Yugo Kobayashi and stormed into the final match of the Badminton Asia Championships (BAC) 2023!

The Badminton Asia Championships 2023 is held at the Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan Indoor Hall of Al Nasr Club in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In yesterday’s (29 April 2023) semi-finals, Yew Sin-Ee Yi, who ranked number eight in the world, defeated the fourth-seeded Takuro-Yugo 21-16, 26-24.

Ong and Teo will be facing India’s Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Sheety in today’s men’s doubles final match. The Satwiksairaj Rankireddy-Chirag Sheety pair had won against Olympic champions Lee Yang and Wang Chi Lin.
