Just when we thought we were almost in the clear with positive Covid-19 cases in Malaysia, misfortune strikes as 7 new patients have been identified by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MoH) bringing all total cases to 36.
The department took to their Twitter page to release a short statement about the new cases that were brought to light.

Terdapat tujuh (7) kes baru positif menjadikan 36 kes setakat ini.
Ini menjadikan 14 kes sedang dirawat di Hospital Sg Buloh dan HKL manakala 22 discaj.
Kesemua mereka dalam keadaan stabil.
Kenyataan penuh KKM menyusul.

They wrote, “Latest on Covid-19 cases in Malaysia, 3rd March 2020. There are 7 new positively identified cases, making it 36 cases as of now. This makes 14 patients being treated at the Sungai Buloh Hospital and Hospital Kuala Lumpur while 22 patients have been discharged. All of them are currently in stable condition. A full statement from the Ministry of Health will follow.”
Thankfully, Malaysian medical professional have been working tirelessly and have discharged multiple patients. We have total confidence that they’ll be able to help return the new patients in hand, safely to their families.
The Ministry of Health’s posting has since garnered over 1,300 shares.
