Though their post was witty, fans are NOT lovin’ it. Due to their shortage in french fries, McDonalds notified the public that they have decided to cut their famous large meals off the menu.

Don’t worry, you can still enjoy your favourite McDonalds meals, just in a smaller size.

“We are facing a fry-tening supply crunch on French Fries. But fret not. While you can’t Go Large for the time being, you can still enjoy your favourite meals and fries in Medium size. Time fries… It’ll be back before you know it”, McDonalds Malaysia hits us with their puns.

“Turns out its an global issue pertaining McDonalds!”

Apparently, McDonalds in Japan is going through a similar shortage as well. According to Nikkei Asia, the chain is going through a massive shipment delay due to the recent flood along with the pandemic shift that is happening in Canada, which is where the fries are being processed before being shipped to Japan.

It is said that McDonalds will only be able to market their small-sized french friends at its 2,900 outlets till the end of December.
