A man believed to have resisted police warning were swarmed by at least six others in a scuffle that took place along Esplanade Drive, Singapore.

In a video that was shared on social media, the incident is similar to that of a movie scene where a culprit is brought down by the fuzz after resisting arrest.

To give you an idea of what went down, here is a video of the incident.

The man wearing a white shirt was then tased by the police before fleeing the scene despite suffering through jolts of electricity emitted from the taser.

After managing to get back on his feet, the man even took a swipe at a police officer before making a break for it, only to be caught moments later.

According to a witness, the man in question was walking around the middle of the road, to begin with before two officers came to the scene.

After the small discussion, a patrol car came to the scene prompting the group of policemen to take action.

Though reasons as to why the incident took place are still unknown, netizens commenting on the incident said that the scuffle was not the best representation of the Singapore Police.

One netizen writes, “Singapore cops will all be trained by American cops after this incident.”

Let’s not go there, shall we?

As investigations are still underway, only time will tell as to what really went down at Esplanade Drive, Singapore.
