Well, this is one story you don’t hear very often.
A young Thai woman’s breast implant unexpectedly ruptured during sex and she didn’t realise anything until a year later, reported Coconuts. Two years ago, Preeyaporn got her 425cc breast implant from a clinic and it all was good at first.
She shared that her left breast ached when her boyfriend was touching it when they were being intimate. She was quoted as saying,
“I was having sex with my boyfriend – you know, we were playing… like man and woman. He was squeezing it [my left breast] like he normally would.”
“Then my breast was so tender, and I felt a slight burning. He continued to squeeze it.”
However, she brushed off the pain and went on with her life as usual. She didn’t realise the severity of her pain until a year later. Preeyaporn explained that she only sought help after her breast started to sag abnormally.
“I left it for a while… like almost a year. Then I did some research on the internet and found out that my breast implant might have ruptured.”
“My left breast was really saggy. Just one of them,” she said.
After a routine check-up with her new doctor Natchaya Maitreewech, the doctor said that Preeyaporn’s breast implant may have ruptured due to a mistake made by her former surgeon. The doctor reckoned that the surgeon could have made a mistake when stitching Preeyaporn’s implant.
The doctor stated,
“Her ruptured implant disfigured her breast. Another factor is she had gotten quite large implants – 425cc – while the skin of her breasts is quite thin.”
“I’m going to cite research – if great-quality silicone implants are used, most leakages are caused by the stitching. The doctor could have pricked the silicone with a needle. That’s why it ruptured later. In some cases, low-quality silicones can have leakage after worn for a while.”
“If [ruptured implants] are left for too long, they can cause inflammation.”
As of now, Preeyaporn revealed that her breast implant has been fixed and she is now on the road to recovery. Thank goodness.
Finally, Preeyaporn imparted some words of wisdom for those who are thinking of getting a breast implant.
“You have to do lots of research and choose implants that aren’t too big for you, and you must get an ultrasound check-up for your implants every year,” she warned.
Take note if you’re planning on enhancing your ‘girls’!
Preeyaporn’s case is very unfortunate, though we are glad that she managed to fix her breast implant and is already recovering from the surgery. That said, getting plastic surgery is a personal choice but if you decide to get one, do make sure that you do proper research and get a legitimate surgeon you can trust for the job.
