Standard 6 Boy Found Unconscious at Serdang School Tragically Dies from Suspected Electrocution

In a recent tragic news, a Standard 6 boy passed away in Serdang yesterday (December 18) after he was found unconscious at his school.

According to BERNAMA, a 36-year-old woman filed a police report with Serdang District Police at 6:30 PM, saying she had received the boy as a patient when he was already unconscious.

The boy was suspected to have been electrocuted

Serdang District police chief ACP A.A. Anbalagan shared that while the woman was at work, a 12-year-old boy was brought in unconscious.

“She received the boy as her patient, who was unconscious at a school in Serdang,” he said.

He also mentioned that the boy was suspected to have been electrocuted at school and was sadly pronounced dead at 6:50 PM.

The cause of death is still being determined

Anbalagan added that the case has been classified as a sudden death, and police are awaiting the post-mortem report to determine the cause.

He also advised the public to refrain from speculating or commenting on the case as it could disrupt the investigation.
