J&T Express Malaysia, in collaboration with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) Shah Alam, successfully conducted an Anti-Drug Awareness Talk at J&T Express’s Shah Alam Gateway.
The talk, led by Inspector Thamil Vaani and the Shah Alam Police team, covered essential topics, including the effects of drug abuse, early signs of addiction, relevant laws and penalties, as well as support and assistance channels available to the affected individuals.
The session gathered over 150 employees and franchise representatives, both physically and virtually, with the goal of raising awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and reinforcing the company’s commitment to maintaining a safe, disciplined, and drug-free workplace.
“J&T Express maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward drug violations, fully supporting the actions of the authorities, as customer safety and trust remain our highest priorities,” said Steve Yap, Public Relations Manager of J&T Express Malaysia.
“Every franchisee shares the responsibility to uphold the company’s image. We must say no to drugs and continue working hand in hand with the PDRM,” he added.
This initiative forms part of J&T Express’ broader efforts to promote integrity, safety, and responsibility among its workforce and business partners while supporting national anti-drug awareness campaigns.
