Can one ever resist petting a random catto they see on the streets?
No one has the self-control to refrain from petting a catto that’s just asking to be showered with attention! We’re sure this abang polis felt the same way when he was on duty at Gate 2 of Istana Negara.
With the current political turmoil going on in our country and the selection of the Prime Minister still ongoing, the eyes of the nation are locked on Istana Negara.
One particular scene during an Astro AWANI livestream caught the netizens and instantly went viral for its wholesomeness. The scene was set at Gate 2 of Istana Negara. Our fellow abang polis can be seen carrying out their duties by the palace gate when a white catto suddenly appears in the camera frame.
One of the abang polis on duty noticed the cute catto and inched closer to the unbothered feline.
He could then be seen gesturing to the catto, as if inviting it to come closer. The catto was probably hesitant about getting too close out of fear that they might be arrested for being too adorable!
Eventually, the feline slinked its way to the policeman for some affectionate pets. From time to time, the officer could be seen turning to look at the cars that were passing. However, when there were no vehicles, he would turn his attention back to the cat.
This video was posted on the official PDRM Facebook page and garnered a total of 225,000 views and 812 shares at the time of writing.

Dalam pada ‘semua mata’ tertumpu di Istana Negara sekarang ini, gelagat seekor kucing, Si Putih berjaya dirakam pihak media, yang seronok dibelai oleh seorang anggota polis ketika mengawal di hadapan pintu masuk istana.
Dalam klip tersebut, Si Putih nampaknya langsung tidak takut dengan abang polis malah dengan berani mendekati beliau sambil menunjukkan aksi comel dan manjanya.
Hai lah Putihhhh…janganlah comel sangat. Susah kami nak buat kerja kalau macam ni. ??
