Furthering one’s education is more than just a privilege, but an opportunity to improve one’s knowledge and skill as well. One mother is showing how, no matter what point you are at in your life, that it’s never too late to chase your dreams.
Indonesian content creator Nabila has made a notable online presence for herself, including posting content of her baby and tips related to parenting. Suitably, Nabila recently documented her own graduation ceremony, where she took her son on stage with her when accepting her scroll.
In the clip posted to her TikTok account @rizkianabilaa_, a person from the audience, presumably a family member of hers, caught a moment where Nabila, carrying her baby in her arms, walked across the stage to accept her certificate of achievement.
Gleaming from ear-to-ear, Nabila smiled and gladly shook hands with officials from her university before accepting her scroll. At the end of the clip, Nabila posed with her baby for a photo, displaying both of her accomplishments in her personal and academic life.
“I will remember all the moments of struggle, and all the memories. I will not forget completing university while being pregnant. With all my joys and sorrows, I am so grateful I passed,” wrote Nabila in the caption of her TikTok video.
Receiving immense praise for her accomplishments, many commenters praised Nabila for striving to obtain her tertiary education qualifications, despite having the busy commitments of being a mother.
