Rules are there for a reason and most of the time, they are implemented to keep the place clean and the people around safe.

The no-smoking rules at restaurants across the country have been implemented to ensure the comfort of patrons on the premises. Most public places, including parks, have also put up signs to indicate that they are no-smoking zones. Unfortunately, many people are still not abiding by the rules.

Just recently, a Malaysian man, who wished to remain anonymous reached out to WORLD OF BUZZ to share an image of government officials in uniform casually smoking at a park in Kuala Lumpur.

Despite the “No Smoking” sign just right next to them, the officials disregarded it and continued puffing on their cigarettes.

When asked about the location, the man told WORLD OF BUZZ that the incident took place at the KLCC park, and according to his observation, the officials were allegedly from the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia.

Unfortunately, no one seemed to approach the officials to remind them about the obvious “No Smoking” rule.

“I didn’t see anyone approaching them to tell them anything,” the man said.

The man reached out to us to share this incident to spread awareness about the matter.

What would you do if you happened to see authorities breaking the rules?
