When it comes to baking, “don’t burn it” is generally a pretty good rule to stick by. Unless you’re making this northern Spanish specialty, that is. But have you ever tried a burnt Lotus Biscoff cheesecake perhaps? This Instagrammable dessert isn’t just pleasant to look at on the outside but equally heavenly to taste, best part is, you can get them from @offlinebakingchic! Their Lotus Biscoff burnt cheesecake is a premium, seasonal and limited flavour which is the latest addition to their cheesecake family.

It’s got a distinctive caramel taste to it unlike any other flavour which is pretty unique don’t you think? Topped off with some good old Lotus biscuits, this dessert will totally leave you craving for more, so head over their Instagram page and drop them a DM!

Enjoy the great taste of the famous Lotus Biscoff as a doughnut! Now, we know how everyone’s go-to doughnut stop is either Krispy Kreme or Dunkins but how about testing some homemade mini biscoff doughnuts for a change? Dipped in the ever so famous Biscoff Spread these delights come with toppings such as lotus crumble, oreo crumbles, or original. These lovely desserts are easily available @minisugarie for RM15.00 per box with three pieces.

4. Lotus Biscoff no-bake Cheesecake

This one’s a treat for all you Biscoff cheesecake lovers out there. Creamy cheesecake with an airy, mousse-like texture that screams Lotus in every bite! It’s truly a dream. A good Lotus Biscoff cheesecake requires an equal consistency of creamy, crunchy,  biscoff-y, and most importantly (for me at least), a cheese-y texture that doesn’t overdo it. Although making one yourself may be possible, why not opt for some sweet caramelised biscoff from @lotusbiscoffmelawati?

5. Lotus Biscoff Cupcake

Since Biscoff cheesecakes are an absolute hit on Instagram, the cupcakes must not be forgotten! If you’re looking for something smaller and non-dairy, then these cute Lotus Biscoff cupcakes will surely do you justice. Suitable for small parties, picnics, or simply just as a treat for yourself, you can get them @ir.bake.

6. Lemonade Biscoff Cheese Tart

This isn’t your regular biscoff cheesecake or tart, it’s a lemonade biscoff cheese tart that’s a pretty rare find around common bakeries or IG shops. These tarts come with a lemon filling mix with cream cheese and biscoff spread, now that’s what I call a good cheese tart. Currently sold at RM10.00 for 6pieces you can find them on Instagram @_desertaddict where you can also find all sorts of Lotus biscoff products they sell.
