As we all know, the popular South Korean girl group, BLACKPINK was in our area for a concert on 4 March.

Many BLINKs (their official fandom name) were excited to finally get a glimpse of their idol in real life and to watch them perform for a few hours.

This is the quartet’s 2nd time in Malaysia with their first concert being in 2019 at the Shah Alam Malawati Stadium.

This time, they had an attendance of about 60,000 people, making it one of the largest live audiences that the girl group has ever had before.

With about 60,000 audience members, you would definitely expect it to be loud and one netizen around the Shah Alam area has confirmed that.

In a video uploaded by BLACKPINK STATS on Twitter, we see a netizen say that they “heard the loudest scream ever”.

“I heard the loudest scream ever. Even those who watch football did not scream as loud as this.”

We would scream our lungs out if we went to the concert too!

Since attendance was almost full at the Bukit Jalil stadium, a pink sea was created as well. As the BLACKPINK official light stick has pink lights and most audience members held it up during the concert, this produced a “pink sea”.

It also seems that many had a good time at the concert and 12 hours after it, they are still tweeting about it to the point that hashtags related to the music event are trending. You can watch some snippets here!

We hope that everyone had fun at the event and BLACKPINK will be making their way back here again soon!
