Empowering Malaysians Through Opportunities — J&T Express Builds Careers, Not Just Jobs

J&T Express Malaysia continues to strengthen its commitment to nation-building by creating meaningful career pathways for young Malaysians, demonstrating that its role in the country extends far beyond logistics. As a people-centric organisation, J&T Express Malaysia actively invests in nurturing future talent, supporting graduates, and cultivating a dynamic workforce equipped for long-term growth in the fast-evolving digital logistics sector.

Throughout 2025, the company has made significant strides in expanding its outreach to fresh graduates by collaborating closely with Malaysian universities through a series of career fairs and on-ground engagements. Among the key institutions visited were Help University, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT), and Xiamen University Malaysia. These engagements allowed J&T Express to connect with thousands of students, offering insights into the logistics industry while identifying promising talent for its growing operations nationwide.

As part of this initiative, J&T Express has been actively promoting employment opportunities across operations, technology, data analysis, customer service, marketing, and corporate functions. The company’s talent strategy is built on the belief that career growth begins with structured development. New hires are provided with comprehensive onboarding, skills-training programmes, and hands-on exposure to real industry challenges, enabling them to build the experience needed to thrive in a competitive job market. J&T Express also continues to strengthen its leadership development programmes, ensuring that young talents have a clear pathway to progress within the organisation.

The company’s emphasis on long-term career prospects reflects its commitment to supporting Malaysia’s youth employment landscape. By offering real opportunities for advancement, J&T Express addresses the growing demand for stable, skill-based careers and contributes to the country’s efforts in cultivating a resilient, future-ready workforce. This approach aligns with the company’s broader mission of empowering communities and supporting the economic development of the nation.

J&T Express’ dedication to workplace excellence is also evident through its continued investment in employee welfare, performance recognition, and an inclusive work culture that encourages innovation. The organisation strives to ensure that employees at every level, from fresh graduates to experienced professionals, have access to the tools, mentorship, and environment needed to build sustainable, fulfilling careers.

As Malaysia’s logistics and e-commerce ecosystem continues to grow, J&T Express Malaysia remains committed to driving talent development, job creation, and national progress. By focusing on careers rather than just jobs, the company reaffirms its belief that empowering people is fundamental to building a stronger, more connected Malaysia.
