EcoWorld is no foreign name to Malaysians. Building projects such as BBCC, Eco Majestic, Eco Sanctuary, Eco Botanic, Eco Meadows and more, the developer does not fall short on organizing huge events from time to time, and when they do, they always make sure to give it the best they’ve got.
Just recently, EcoWorld held a three-week long festival known as EWRO Fest 2016 that brings patrons to live the Europe experience namely England, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland!
The event runs from 18th June to 3rd July for Klang Valley while Iskandar Malaysia and Penang ends on 10th July.
Visitors got to pose with the Spanish bull run, watch the Welsh guards from London, enjoy folk dances from France, Ireland, Germany and Spain, marvel at Venetian tables from Italy, have picnics, try out archery and much, much more.
Kids had their own sheer fun too as there were workshops to keep their little hands and minds busy. These workshops are country themed of course, and they teach the children to decorate cookies, paint glass jars and clay sculptures, design masquerade masks and more.
The event was held across their 11 sales galleries in Malaysia, namely Klang Valley, Iskandar Malaysia, and Penang and they are all beautifully decorated according to the theme. Tons of instagram-worthy pics anyone?
The event is held in conjunction with Parents’ month and aimed to bring the bonds between family members closer together.
“Many young people are busy with work these days, and may not be able to spend time with their family or travel.
“Since many are so busy these days, we decided to bring the attractions instead so that they can enjoy them with their families, and at the same time, spend some quality time together at Ewro Fest 2016.
“Parents play a major role in moulding the younger generation and shaping them into great individuals. We should appreciate our parents for their sacrifices.
“At EcoWorld, we create more than just a project. We also strive to create a community; that is family within our neighbourhood,” EcoWorld chairman, Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin said to the Star.
EWRO Fest 2016 is still running till 3rd July for their Klang Valley sales galleries, while the last week for Iskandar Malaysia and Penang is on 9th & 10th July. You may wanna catch it before it ends! For more information on the to-do’s for this amazing event, click here.
