Today (18 April) marks the date for Sam Ke Ting’s appeal at the Court of Appeal and Malaysians are eager to know the outcome. It has been just been revealed that the Court of Appeal has granted bail for Sam Ke Ting.
Sam Ke Ting has been released on bail with a bond of RM10k and one surety as revealed by Teo Ni Ching, MP of Kulai via her Facebook account. Sam is also allowed to apply for a stay of execution and to file an appeal against the sentence and conviction, as reported by The Borneo Post.
Leave application is granted. Bail application is granted too!
