Kumpir is a Turkish-style stuffed baked potato that has made its way onto social media with its garlic butter and cheese filling, becoming a hit worldwide.
Taking to TikTok, this netizen was less than impressed with the Kumpir sold in Bukit Bintang. Here is a video of his rant.
This netizen writes to TikTok: “There is no need for you to buy Kumpir at this stall. The stall is in shambles, with food containers being placed on the floor.”
“The utensils used were also dirty. Lastly, the presentation was not as advertised.”
Taking full responsibility, the owners have responded to this netizen’s video.
“Dear customers, we sincerely apologise for your recent experience at our outlet. We are aware of several complaints and will take further action,” they commented.
In response to the TikTok, the owners have since uploaded a video showcasing improvements they have made to their operations.
Kudos to the owners for accepting the criticism and taking the initiative to improve their business.
