According to their Facebook post, the water is suspected to be contaminated due to diesel pollution from the Selangor river.

Air Selangor Announces Water Cuts Set To Take Place Tonight (27th March) - WORLD OF BUZZ

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened this month. Just a day before the MCO was enforced (17th March), the same three water plants were suspended due to odour pollution from the Selangor River. The affected areas included regions of  Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Klang.

Hopefully, this situation is resolved soon!
