Dubbed the first ever helipad cinema in the world, HeliPad Cinema has been making waves ever since they were first introduced to us in September 2016. If you’re bored of the usual silver screen offerings, then make your way to the Christmas edition of the HeliPad Cinema.

Starting from 15 December to 17 December, one movie will be screened each day and these movies will comprise popular Christmas movies from our childhood such as Love Actually (2003), Elf (2003), and Home Alone (1990). Ah, brings back those memories! Go jio your friends and family to watch some of these feel-good movies surrounded by the vast panoramic view of the starry night sky for a totally unbeatable experience set atop the grassy helipad.

There’ll be comfy seats and beanbags provided for you to snuggle up and enjoy the movie but do note that since it is free seating, it’s first come first serve; so be there early. Sounds like a really fun date experience to impress the girl of your dreams! Tickets will start from RM45, which includes one complimentary drink and popcorn because no movie experience is complete without a bucket of popcorn!

While there is no dress code for the outdoor cinema, you might want to cover up a little because you are high above ground and things can get a little chilly after the sun goes down. The event starts at 8pm but check your timing on your tickets as it may vary. They aim to start screening after sunset for the complete experience but do be there at least 15 minutes earlier. You can take advantage of the 360-degree view to take some breathtaking selfies!
