For those who live in flats and other high density buildings one of the biggest issues is often the lack of parking as there is a limited amount of parking spots as compared to the amount of people living in such buildings.

What makes it worse, is when people claim such parking spots as their own when in fact, it is for the general public to use.

In a post which has since gone viral, a flat unit in Negeri Sembilan was spotted with a special awning built right in front of the house and covering 2 parking spots.

The owner of the flat unit went beyond just that and even placed a bunch of potted plants on one of the parking spots.

The flat is apparently situated at Flat Pajam, Manting, Negeri Sembilan and according to netizens, it is currently up for sale.

What is this mentality?

The post has since gone viral with plenty of netizens commenting their disappointment over the matter.

“Wow, really selfish.”

“Even people living in condominiums get one parking lot,” said a user.

Another user commented, “Takes 2 parking lots and uses 1 just for decorating their plants.”

Meanwhile, a couple of users pointed out the lack of action by the authorities on the matter.
