How can the students even focus on their lessons with this view?

Malaysian primary school students started attending face-to-face classes on 1 March and it’s safe to say this batch of students will definitely have a colourful schooling life as students attending classes during a pandemic.

While it’s normal for students to face some hesitation when they’re going back to school, we think that this particular batch of students from Sabah will probably be excited to go to school every morning simply for this breathtaking view.

The students of SK Randagong, Sabah go to class with a magnificent view of Mount Kinabalu at the back. WORLD OF BUZZ reached out to Facebook user Albiruni Sabir who’s also a teacher in the school.

He said the students were amazed and excited when they returned to school as they have such an iconic view to study with. Even from their expressions, you can see how happy they are. The students study outside instead of a traditional classroom as they need to practice physical distancing of at least one metre which can’t fit in their classrooms.

“Thankfully, the students don’t get distracted when they’re studying. In fact in a classroom like this, the situation is more calm and peaceful.”

We also asked Albiruni how teaching face-to-face has been after a prolonged period of online learning. He said that teaching is going smoothly now and it’s much better than online learning. “The students are also more motivated and have been very responsive in class,” he said.

With a view like this, we might even consider going back to school. Let us know what you think!
