Every worker in the CMCO areas was confused after the work from home directive was issued by Defence Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri yesterday (20 October). The industries involved were not mentioned clearly and MITI (Ministry of International Trade and Industry) is supposed to be releasing a detailed list of industries involved.

In his live press conference today Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri clarified that the work from home directive yesterday ONLY applies to those in the industrial and public sectors. Other sectors including food, grocery stores and security can continue to operate as usual.
