Malaysia is on its road to recovery as the number of new Covid-19 cases recorded every day has given us promising results. Even though the number fluctuates between single-digit and double-digit increases, the infection rate seems to be under control.

Just yesterday (15 June), Malaysia recorded 41 new cases including three imported cases, six Malaysians and 32 non-Malaysians. But enough about how many new cases there are every day, let’s talk about how many Covid-19 patients are recovering!

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah announced in the Ministry of Health’s press conference yesterday (15 June), that 54 more Covid-19 patients have recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 973.

This means that the number of active cases in Malaysia has reached the three-digit mark!

As the number of active cases is on a steady decline, we can certainly see how the Movement Control Order (MCO) has played a huge role in flattening the curve and breaking the chain of infection.

This is all possible because of your cooperation with the government to stay home, and the dedication of our beloved frontliners who have worked tirelessly to keep the virus at bay.

Now that we are in the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) phase, it is up to you, your family and friends to keep Malaysia on its journey to victory.

Malaysia boleh!
