How many of you guys reading this have been buying things online, raise your hand. Yeah, I think that’s a lot of us. And how many of you guys have noticed that some of your parcels have arrived dented? Well, if you have been experiencing that, then this video might explain why.

In a video clip that was recently found by Oriental Daily, it has been discovered that employees working for a local courier service have been tossing packages and parcels carelessly to speed up the working process. As the courier service does not employ the use of any automated machinery, employees have had to work around the clock to meet the sudden surge in demand for courier services.

The short 27-second video clip shows how employees were throwing boxes from their delivery truck onto a pile without any care for the safety of the contents within. To add on to that fact, this didn’t happen to just one parcel.

Multiple boxes and parcels were simply tossed and thrown out onto a pile from inside the delivery truck.

An anonymous source from within the company said that after the company started facing a surge of up to 40,000 packages a day, they had to work much faster to meet demand. They also pointed out that this was apparently ‘normal treatment’.

At this point in time, the courier company in question has not been identified.

What do you guys think of this situation?
