In a video that’s going viral on Facebook, a large group of police trainees in the Philippines are seen gathering at a running track all clad in their training uniforms.

They seem to be having a little fun as they dance to some catchy music playing in the background.

But while rows and rows of police trainees are moving their hips and shaking their shoulders along with the music, there seems to be a group of men in the distance who want to join in on the fun.

The video shows a building under construction located across the field at the back of the running track. Several construction workers are seen standing on the outside of the building facing the police trainees.

Instead of ignoring the loud music and continuing with their work, they thought it’d be the perfect moment to have a little dance themselves and started to shake their bums and enthusiastically wave their hands in the air as well.

Here’s the video:

This was an absolutely adorable sight to see – the fact that these hard labourers were able to have fun in the midst of their work.

Surely we can learn something from these adorable construction workers. We too, need to stop stressing about our work and learn to relax and have a little fun.

Hopefully, this video made you smile!
