Putrajaya might seem uninteresting to many that reside within central of Klang Valley.

We get it, there’s no place like the bustling malls Subang and Kuala Lumpur have to offer but Putrajaya has it’s own unique charm we think is worth the shout!

Life In Putrajaya A City With Magnificent Architecture Greenery

1. Boat Tours

Putrajaya is known for it’s picturesque landscape because they’ve got a pretty massive lake, perfect for you to amp up some serene vibes for your visit. Located around their iconic Putra Mosque, Putra Square has a few boat and cruise tours to offer for you to enjoy a 45-minute ride showcasing the many bridges and architecture of the area.

You have options to choose from a traditional malay boat ride or even an air-conditioned cruise.

We suggest the traditional boat so that you can get up close to the waters and winds during the ride! Just imagine the sunset views. ?

4. Putrajaya Wetlands Park

If those previous options were still too thrill-seeking for you, our next two options are for those looking for a nice, chill time with nature. Putrajaya is known to be Malaysia’s administrative capital, mostly filled with government offices. As much as that’s true, Putrajaya also has a few pretty parks, worth the visit for anyone who knows how to appreciate nature and fresh air.

At Putrajaya Wetlands Park, you can rent a bicycle to explore the grounds. Here there’s a family of swans that you can spot swimming on the lake. It’s a great place to be to escape the bustling city for a while and reconnect with nature as you catch-up with friends or family!
