27yo ‘Feminine’ Man Charged with Offering Sexual Services & Adult Videos to a Policeman in Old Klang Road

A 27-year-old man pleaded not guilty at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on February 10 after being charged with offering sexual services and selling pornographic videos to a police officer in September 2024.

Sinar Harian reported that the man, who has “female characteristics,” made the plea after the charge was read out in front of Judge Siti Shakirah Mohtarudin.

He offered sexual services to a police officer with the rank of corporal

According to the charge, the man was accused of advertising and offering sexual services and selling videos, including pornographic images, for the purpose of prostitution through the X app to a police officer with the rank of corporal for RM120.

The alleged offence took place in front of a hotel on Jalan Klang Lama, Brickfields, at 11:30 AM on September 9, 2024.

The charge is made under Section 372(1)(e) of the Penal Code, which carries a punishment of up to 15 years in prison, whipping, and a fine if convicted.

A bail of RM8k was granted

The prosecution is being handled by Deputy Public Prosecutor Nidzuwan Abd Latip, and the defendant is being represented by lawyer Muhammad Faiz Syukri.

Siti Shakirah allowed the defendant to be granted bail of RM8,000 with one surety and ordered him to surrender his passport to the court until the case was concluded.

The court has set the next mention date for the case on March 12 next year.
