According to a report by Harian Metro, Bandar Perda Fire and Rescue (BBP) Operations Commander, Mohd Nor Azamuddin Abdullah shared that his team rushed over upon receiving a call about the accident.

“Upon arrival, it was discovered that the accident involved 5 vehicles, namely 3 cars and 2 lorries including the trailer. There were 2 victims trapped due to the container overturning,”

“The 25-year-old male victim was removed (from his vehicle) by members of the public before the arrival of the fire department and was taken to a hospital for treatment. As for the female victim who was trapped, we used special equipment to remove her,” he said.
